If you want to think differently, if you want to behave differently, change how you are physically and that will shift the way you perceive the world. And I love this in part because I have a deep belief that the body leads the brain. She really talked about the sense of powerlessness that some of us get and how, with a few power poses, you can actually shift that sense.
